Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit operations by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and error correction protocols
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Create quantum-computing-as-service platforms for enterprise clients
- Author technical roadmaps aligning with quantum advantage milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and gate-level optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM, IonQ, D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
