Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuits and error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum security audits for financial and government clients
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in our Q-Certification program
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Present quantum breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B conferences
- Drive quantum literacy initiatives across enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and quantum supremacy
- Track record of leading quantum projects with measurable business impact
- Active contributor to quantum open-source projects (GitHub profile required)
- Security clearance eligibility for government contracts
