Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve logical qubit stability
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Mentor quantum engineering teams on advanced superconducting and photonic systems
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading quantum hardware manufacturers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with large-scale classical-quantum hybrid system integration
