Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography applications
- Lead development of error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum software development kits (SDKs) for external developers
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences and publish in Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
