Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping quantum hardware innovations
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data infrastructure
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with AI division to develop quantum-accelerated machine learning frameworks
- Pioneer error-correction techniques for practical quantum scalability
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50+ qubits
- Experience securing venture capital for quantum technology commercialization
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into engineering specifications
