Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise deployment
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Translate quantum research into scalable commercial solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Drive quantum literacy programs across organizational stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance techniques
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
