Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-corrected architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Research and implement novel quantum cryptography solutions for enterprise security
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for real-world industrial problems
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
