Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum algorithms that leverage error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Create technical documentation and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed contributions
