Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers to build scalable quantum systems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation by 2026
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype quantum solutions for industry-specific challenges
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation communication networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design, qubit manipulation, and quantum error correction
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems architecture
