Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant algorithms and hybrid computing systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on 2026 security roadmap implementation
- Document quantum protocols for regulatory compliance and patent filing
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing fundamentals
- Present breakthrough findings at industry symposiums and tech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC)
- Knowledge of NIST quantum cryptography standards (Post-Quantum Cryptography)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with quantum simulation libraries
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
