Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development teams targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum machine learning pipelines
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design optimization strategies
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Publish whitepapers on quantum advantage in high-complexity domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Proven track record in scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) implementation
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing journals
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
