- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum technology commercialization
- Drive research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software development
