Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures optimized for error correction and coherence times
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen enterprise systems
- Pioneer novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise clients
- Publish research in leading journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven track record of implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and control electronics
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
