Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Lead development of error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in quantum circuit design and measurement techniques
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with practical commercial applications
- Familiarity with dilution refrigeration systems and quantum control electronics
