Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity in hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies (topological, photonic, etc.)
- Collaborate with security teams to develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Demonstrated project leadership for complex R&D initiatives
- Patents or peer-reviewed publications in quantum technologies preferred
- Security clearance eligibility a plus
