Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for 2026-era systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Research and implement novel quantum architectures with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2030 infrastructure
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposiums
- Drive commercialization of quantum applications in finance and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
