Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for commercial applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems in enterprise environments
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic protocols
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
