Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid classical-quantum solutions
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
