Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for AI optimization
- Lead quantum algorithm development for supply chain and climate modeling
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging field standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or cryptography
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government projects
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architectures
