Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate operations for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for complex molecular and material modeling
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
