Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.999% quantum fidelity
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create patent-pending quantum algorithms solving previously intractable problems
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum advantage in commercial applications
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-knowledge protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers in high-stakes R&D environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in government/commercial quantum grants
