Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for commercial applications in cryptography, optimization, and AI
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy
- Create roadmaps for quantum adoption across enterprise sectors
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum hardware
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of publishing in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience leading complex technical projects with cross-disciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant quantum computing
