Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications in finance, pharmaceuticals, and AI
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data encryption
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm research
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at industry conferences and investor forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development

- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
