Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms optimizing for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Lead development of quantum error correction frameworks with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum complexity theory and optimization techniques
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications for predictive analytics
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum computing conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years developing production quantum algorithms with demonstrated error correction results
- Expertise in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum complexity theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with deep understanding of linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cryptography (RSA/ECC) and post-quantum security standards
