Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists in quantum algorithm development
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption systems
- Create quantum simulation tools for drug discovery and materials science
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of building quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit or ion trap systems
- Strong background in distributed computing architectures
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
