Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols for financial systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers
- Develop error-correction algorithms for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world business applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum standards
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex projects
