Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum algorithm development
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum integration frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption
- Research and prototype novel quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum hardware innovation
- Define technical roadmap for quantum computing adoption in target industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
