Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for NISQ-era processors with >100 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Author technical whitepapers on quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and supervise experimental validation protocols
- Collaborate with security teams to post-quantum cryptographic frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and assembly-level control

- Expertise in cryogenic system integration and microwave control engineering
