Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows leveraging cloud platforms like AWS Braket
- Implement error correction protocols to achieve logical qubit stability
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Document architectural blueprints and performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or high-performance computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (e.g., IBM, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in C++/Python for quantum-classical integration
