Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity by 2026
- Create hybrid quantum-classical optimization frameworks for logistics and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in computational finance
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compiler optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing approaches
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives preferred
