Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem domains (logistics, cryptography, AI)
- Secure patents for novel quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on IBM Quantum and Rigetti platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave) and superconducting qubit systems
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) frameworks
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant design
