Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for real-world deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Publish research in top quantum computing journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
