Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development for 2026 use cases
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers in emerging technologies
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready systems
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Develop proprietary error-correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proven experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Published papers in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
