Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on 2026 quantum roadmap
- Secure DARPA and NSF quantum innovation grants
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
