Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum software integration with classical systems
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
