Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale deployments
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptographic protocol implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quantum hardware-software integration
- Research emerging quantum error correction techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
