Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for industrial and research applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization, cryptography, and simulation challenges
- Lead hardware-software integration teams for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era threats
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise adoption
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Author patents and publish breakthrough research in quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of quantum hardware integration (superconducting/photonic)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and NISQ-era constraints
- Experience with quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
