Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize computational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum error correction protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create technical documentation and roadmaps for quantum adoption strategies
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Advise C-suite executives on quantum computing ROI and implementation timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Expertise in machine learning integration with quantum systems
- Track record of leading complex technical projects to completion
