Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on quantum processor optimization
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Present breakthrough research at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum systems
