Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence
- Proven track record of translating theory to scalable solutions
