Responsibilities

- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum solutions to commercial applications
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Secure government and private funding for quantum initiatives
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Published research in quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in cryogenic system engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Experience securing DoD or NSF quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography (QKD, post-quantum algorithms)
