Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols and qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Translate business requirements into quantum computing roadmaps with 2026 implementation targets
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum threats and security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top quantum computing conferences
- Experience with superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and quantum research projects
