Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical industry solutions
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite executives and research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
