Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization problems
- Architect hybrid classical-quantum computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead quantum software development teams in Python, Q#, and Qiskit frameworks
- Research quantum error correction protocols for practical deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise applications
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and simulation tools
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
