Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions into enterprise systems
- Develop error-corrected quantum architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum applications for finance, logistics, and AI
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning models
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
