Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction methodologies for fault-tolerant operations
- Research emerging quantum technologies and assess implementation feasibility
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or implementation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven track record of publishing quantum research papers
- Understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant design
