Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create secure quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated QML/AI applications
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
