Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving previously impossible computational problems
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration teams across multiple quantum computing modalities
- Create quantum network protocols enabling global quantum communication infrastructure
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical implementations
- Drive quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers while maintaining cutting-edge technical expertise
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ, D-Wave)
