Responsibilities

- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Develop patent-pending quantum solutions for industry-specific challenges
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences
- Maintain compliance with quantum security protocols (NIST standards)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Clearance for quantum technology export compliance
