Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for machine learning acceleration
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with silicon photonics and superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum error correction protocols for 2026 deployment
- Create quantum security architectures resistant to post-quantum cryptographic threats
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and physics PhDs
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM QCE conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
